A large national grocery store chain with 600 locations faced  a common challenge: the need to eliminate POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) telephone lines to reduce operational costs and transition to alternative dialtone sources. In addition to cost savings, the client had a secondary goal of identifying and disconnecting unused phone lines within their stores.
