Online Project Management

Telecom Designs offers an online project management interface web portal that is custom designed for your specific needs. This portal interfaces with our operations software and automatically creates service tickets that are sent to our service center. Customers are notified automatically via email about the status of each open ticket and are sent a completion email when the issue has been resolved. Your Help Desk has the ability to check on the status of any open or closed service ticket through our customer web portal.

Repair and Return Program

We offer a variety of “Repair & Return” programs to replace equipment that may experience failures in the field. With our Service Call Center’s excellent troubleshooting skills, it is possible to determine that a new piece of equipment needs to be sent to the site, resolving the problem with one phone call. Our highly trained Service Call Center staff can reduce costs by preventing an on-site visit by a technician. This service standard offers an immediate solution to the customer by shipping replacement equipment the same day the problem is diagnosed. We will work with you to customize a repair and return program that addresses your specific needs for any piece of equipment.

Advanced Help Desk Capabilities

Telecom Designs offers advanced technical support capabilities from our Service Call Center. We currently resolve a high percentage of all service related calls over the telephone without sending a technician to the site. When we receive a service ticket from your Help Desk, we do not automatically dispatch a technician. Instead, a technician from our Service Call Center contacts the site to confirm and diagnose the problem. We are often able to resolve the problem without dispatching a technician to the site. This reduces maintenance costs for our customers.

We are quick to respond to service requests as we receive them from your Help Desk. Our staff clearly understands that there are specific time frames associated with each ticket, and that these response times are monitored internally within your company. Our Service Call Center staff takes the time to explain the resolution to common problems we resolve over the telephone, so your Help Desk can solve the problem internally in the future, without involving a vendor.
